PowerHive is executing a phased and disciplined expansion strategy to build one of India’s most scalable energy storage manufacturing platforms.

Our roadmap is designed to align capacity expansion with market demand, technology maturity and ecosystem readiness — ensuring sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Phase 1 (FY26–27)

5 GWh BESS assembly facility

Phase 2 (FY28–29)

7.5 GWh integrated Cell & BESS manufacturing facility

Phase 3 (Beyond FY29)

Scaling to 15 GWh and ultimately 30 GWh of combined cell and BESS manufacturing capacity

PowerHive plans to setup a 10 GWh of integrated container manufacturing plant by Q4- FY 27.
