Promoter Director
Mr. Chaudhary strongly believes in the economic, environmental and social implications of business and understands the value of sustainability for business growth and continuity.
He holds prominent positions across various industry bodies. Co-Chair of the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) National Expert Committee on Energy and an Executive Member of the Chamber. He is also a member of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), an elected council member of the CII Eastern Region Council for FY 2025-26, and a member of the CII India CEO Forum for Clean Air. Additionally, Mr. Chaudhary is chairing CII’s Eastern Region ESG Sub Committee for FY 2025-26.
Chief Executive Officer (KMP)
Mr. Arun Mittal, has nearly three decades of leadership in the battery and energy sector. He previously served as MD & CEO of Exide Energy Solutions and held multiple senior roles at organizations across automotive, industrial, and marketing divisions. He leverages his deep battery expertise to advance next-generation energy storage and PowerHive’s sustainability mission.
Non - Executive Non – Independent Director
Mr. Ranjan Kumar Jindal is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in financial management, strategy, governance, and business transformation. Appointed as Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) of VSL PowerHive Private Limited on 05 May 2026, he also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Vikram Solar Limited. A Chartered Accountant and Commerce graduate from St. Xavier’s College, he brings extensive expertise in financial leadership, governance, and driving sustainable business growth.
Non - Executive Non – Independent Director
Ms. Neha Agrawal is an experienced business leader in the renewable energy and solar sector, playing a strategic role across the Vikram Solar Group, including VSL PowerHive Private Limited. Associated with the Group since 2014, she currently serves as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), leading strategic initiatives, governance, and business transformation. A qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, she brings expertise in strategy, finance, and sustainable business growth.
Chief Financial Officer (KMP)
Mr. Rohit Srivastava is the Chief Financial Officer of VSL PowerHive Private Limited and a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance, renewable energy, strategic planning, and business operations. A qualified Chartered Accountant with executive certifications from IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Indore, he brings deep expertise in project financing, financial strategy, risk management, and renewable energy projects. His strong analytical and strategic capabilities continue to support PowerHive’s financial strength and sustainable growth objectives.
Chief Technology Officer
With 15 years’ experience in Advance Li ion batteries, formerly as Vice President R&D in Exide Energy and Product Director at SVOLT China, Mr Ravi Madan now advances PowerHive’s next-gen energy storage capabilities in India’s clean-energy ecosystem.
Marketing Head
A sales and marketing leader with 20+ years of experience, he brings deep expertise across Marketing, Category Management, Brand Management, and Product Management. He has a strong track record of driving revenue growth by translating market and customer insights into clear positioning, effective campaigns, and scalable go-to-market plans. Known for building and mentoring high-performing teams, he combines structured strategy with disciplined execution, ensuring consistent performance across brands, categories, and product portfolios.
National Sales Head
With 20 years of experience, he is a seasoned commercial leader driving profitable growth across complex, multi-channel markets. He has led Channel Sales, Distribution, Retail, and Go-to-Market transformations with direct P&L ownership, market expansion, and capability building across India. Known for scaling high-performing, geographically distributed teams, he strengthens channel and partner ecosystems while working closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product to turn strategy into consistent on-ground execution.
